Desk/hutch combo is 1pc 'computer cart' style..heavy particle board. Curio cabinet is wood w/ 1 glass door and shelves (wrapped & on bottom). Exercise equip. is collapsable.
Current apt. is on 2nd floor and is a 1-br unit. There are 16 steps, total, from back parking lot to my door...straight shot up and down, w/ a turn into apt., only. There are landings at mid-way, top & bottom. X-Large or full-size trailer would be difficult to turn in back lot, medium size would be best. New apt. is town-house style 2-br, w/ bedrooms & bath upstairs. Parking in lot right in front of unit. Start time in the morning is flexible. |
